Product structure
1) The heating part of the core of the Superb Heater cartridge heater is a nickel-chromium heat-resistant alloy wire, which is wound on a magnesium oxide core rod with excellent insulation and thermal conductivity. The heating wire and the shell are filled with magnesium oxide powder as an insulating material, and the air inside is compressed by the machine to make it into a whole.
2) After the main body of the cartridge heater is completed, the fixing piece or thread can be installed according to the installation needs. The thread structure of the fixing piece is related to the heating tube installation method. Please contact our sales or technical personnel for the best solution.

3) Note: High-power cartridge heater are used in the mold heating, and mounting holes need to be reserved on the mold according to the size of the cartridge heater (or the outer diameter of the cartridge heater can be customized according to the size of the mounting hole).Superb Heater suggest Minimize the gap between the cartridge heater and the mounting hole. When machining the mounting hole, it is recommended that the gap on one side be less than 0.05mm.
What is the difference between terminal type and inner lead?
From the figure above, we can clearly see the difference between the terminal type and the inner lead structure.
1) The terminal type is the lead rod and the lead wire are connected outside the cartridge heater through the crimping terminal.
2) The inner lead is the lead wire is directly connected from the inside of the cartridge heater.
The terminal type usually uses the glass fiber sleeve to wrap the wiring, 1. to increase the insulation protection, 2. to protect this part of the lead to avoid excessive bending.
