SBTRM01 Reducing Rolling Mill Machine

Reducing rolling mill machine is used for compacting tube diameter in order to increase the density of MgO of electric heating tube. The speed rate of each pair of axis wheel will increase while the diameter of pipe changed. Compression and elongation of the tube tends to match the variation. It's not easy to roll pipe blockage in the process. Compare to constant rolling machine,  the pipe elongation ratio of this model machine increase by 5%. With a fixed size trench roller R series, this model is the first choice in heating element manufacturer.
 

Mechanical Characteristics

1. By using integrated structure in machine body:low risk of deformation,high precision,long life lasting.
2. The speed rate of each pair of axis wheel will increase while the diameter of the pipe reduce. After shrink, the element would have good linear character and elongation length as well as material saving.
3. When adjust roller shrink ratio, roller center would not change.
4. Accurate geometric precision of the shrink element, ovality at ≤0.05
