Heating Tube Shrinking Reducing Rolling Machine

Reducing rolling mill machine is used for compacting tube diameter in order to increase the density of MgO of electric heating tube. Using integrated casting frame, the machine keep stable performance. Different tube diameter needs to change mold.
According to customer needs,it is equipped with 2 models of 12 and 18 stations. There are two types of rollers high-speed steel and tungsten alloy steel.
 

Mechanical Characteristics

1. By using integrated structure in machine body:low risk of deformation,high precision,long life lasting.
2. The speed rate of each pair of axis wheel will increase while the diameter of the pipe reduce. After shrink, the element would have good linear character and elongation length as well as material saving.
3. When adjust roller shrink ratio, roller center would not change.
4. Accurate geometric precision of the shrink element, ovality at ≤0.05
5. Used in copper,iron,aluminum,stainless steel,etc.
