·The element outer diameter and wall thickness
·The minimum and maximum coil outer diameters used in the element and also the terminal pin diameter
·The terminal pin knob diameter
·The maximum element length of your machine
The drawing at the right shows the 6 critical dimensions for all centralizer nozzles. Proper selection of these dimensions will insure good coil centralization in your elements, provide the best possible MgO flow rate,and will also guarantee that these nozzles will fit onto your existing fill tubes. If you wish to purchase nozzles from us,please supply these dimensions for each size nozzle that you require.
