Far-infrared Ceramic Heater Plates Element is made of glaze layer with high emissivity, clay with good thermal shock performance as matrix, and high-quality electric heating wire is sintered at one time. Component parts:

Glaze layer: It is composed of metal oxide raw materials with good far-radiation performance and an appropriate amount of additives is added to improve the radiation intensity and enhance the adaptability of the glaze. Can be operated in the temperature of 300°C to 700°C (572°F - 1292°F) producing infrared wavelengths in the 2 - 10 micron range.
