Product Description
Far-infrared Ceramic Heater Plates Element is made of glaze layer with high emissivity, clay with good thermal shock performance as matrix, and high-quality electric heating wire is sintered at one time. Component parts:

1.Matrix: Composed of ceramic materials with good thermal shock resistance;
2. Heat parts: Made of high-quality nickel-chromium alloy wire(BGH);
3. Glaze layer: It is composed of metal oxide raw materials with good far-radiation performance and an appropriate amount of additives is added to improve the radiation intensity and enhance the adaptability of the glaze. Can be operated in the temperature of 300°C to 700°C (572°F - 1292°F) producing infrared wavelengths in the 2 - 10 micron range. With its advantages in thermal efficiency, energy conservation and radiation safety, infrared ceramic heater widely used in: Vacuum blister machine, Coating machine, Automobile interior molding machine, Medical equipment and Smokeless barbecue oven, etc.
