The principle of thermocouples:
When two different conductors or semiconductors A and B form a circuit with their two ends connected to each other, as long as the temperature at the two nodes is different, one end has a temperature of T, which is called the working or hot end, and the other end has a temperature of T0, which is called the free end (also known as the reference end) or the cold end, an electromotive force will be generated in the circuit. The direction and magnitude of the electromotive force are related to the material of the conductor and the temperature of the two contacts. This phenomenon is called the "thermoelectric effect", and the circuit composed of two conductors is called the "thermocouple". These two conductors are called the "thermoelectric electrode", and the generated electromotive force is called the "thermoelectric electromotive force"
