Flanged heaters are commonly used in many chemical, petroleum and water based applications.JAYE flanged heaters allow the flexibility of using many different alloys to help resist corrosion and maintain life longevity of the flanged heating element Steel flanges are typically used for lubricant oils, heavy and light oils, waxes as well as mildly corrosive liquids and low flow gas heating.Flange immersion heaters are constructed of hairpin bent tubular heater elements brazed or welded into ANSI standard flanges or plate flanges of various shapes and sizes. ANSI flange heaters are typically used for large volume, high power and/or higher pressure applications. Plate flange heaters are typically custom designed for use in smaller pieces of equipment such as boilers and chillers.
There are two connections, one thread connection, commonly used specifications size G1 / 2--2 inch, the second is the flange connection. Also known as the flat flange connection . Common specifications size DN50mm - DN300mm, flange electric tube flange commonly used materials are brass, stainless steel, 10 steel, pipe material commonly used 10 steel, stainless steel, copper. Common specifications, 1.5KW, 3KW, 6KW, 9KW , 12KW, 15KW, 30KW to 500kw, etc. Used for electric water boilers, electric boilers, solar energy systems, solar water tanks, chemical pools, baths, swimming pools and other places to be heated.
Flange Immersion Heater is screwed directly through a threaded opening in a tank wall or through a matching pipe coupling or half coupling. Sizes of screw plug heaters are available with 1", 1-1/4", 1-1/2", 2", 2-1/2" pipe threads. A wide selection of screw plug sizes, kilowatt ratings, voltages, sheath materials, terminal enclosures and thermostats makes these compact heaters ideal for all types of applications.
