The machine uses HNC-18xp / T CNC equipment, rotary die, feeding and die shift driven by a servo system with a smooth, continuous, high control accuracy, application flexibility and other advantages; are used in heating element forming an ideal equipment.

This Machine Has the Following Outstanding Characteristic
1. Custom controllers have large amounts of memory can store up to 50 product data. It can be used directly at any time and time-saving,convenient and fast.
2. The same product can have three different R on the machine at one time
(compare with the same product within the industry can only do one machine R). the elbow replacement process is completely automatically completed by the machine.
3. it can bend 1-4 pipes at a time, depending on the pipe size. The machine not only can be mass production but also can be small production as well as sample use.
4. It can directly program the new product on the touch screen (this technology is our proprietary technology). The programming method is simple and easy to learn, and ordinary employees can be fully mastered by our training for half an hour.
5. Sampling and new products, there is no need to make bending die, as long as to make a model set which is easy and convenient for half an hour to complete. Unlike CNC system and foreign model operation is complicated and cumbersome which must be qualified a certain professional knowledge and understand the G code of the technicians to operate.
