The liquid expansion temperature switch is mainly composed of temperature sensing probe, capillary and umbrella plate. When the temperature sensing probe is heated, the internal liquid is heated and expands and conducts pressure through the capillary, causing the umbrella plate to expand and open the contact, so as to achieve the purpose of temperature control.
Liquid expansion temperature switch has the advantages of low cost, reliable performance, separation of temperature measurement and control. It can not only control temperature separately, but also support electronic temperature control instrument for overtemperature protection.

The capillary length is 1M standard, 0.5M, 1.5M and 2M non-standard, and the sealing screw and insulating sleeve can be customized.
The sealing screw consists of large and small screws and copper hoop. The copper hoop can move freely in the initial state, but after tightening the screw, the copper hoop is firmly fixed on the capillary tube and cannot move up and down, which can be used for sealing in liquid environment.
C-1 contact: disconnect (OFF) when the temperature rises, connect (ON) when falling, generally used to control electric heating devices.
