If you are not satisfied with the results obtained on your filling machine and would like us to re-evaluate the tooling which you are using, then we would require the following information from you:
·The element outer diameter and wall thickness
·The minimum and maximum coil outer diameters used in the element and also the terminal pin diameter
·The terminal pin knob diameter
·The maximum element length of your machine
The drawing at the right shows the 6 critical dimensions for all centralizer nozzles. Proper selection of these dimensions will insure good coil centralization in your elements, provide the best possible MgO flow rate,and will also guarantee that these nozzles will fit onto your existing fill tubes.
