Product Application
- Ceramic heater can be widely used in vacuum forming, dry food, medical treatment sanitation etc kinds of places of infrared dry firing.

Product Testing
All our products are strictly inspected before being shipped to customers
1. Electrical safety test
Insulation resistance test: Check the insulation performance between the internal circuit and the shell of the heater to prevent leakage risks.
Withstand voltage test: Apply high voltage (such as 1500V) to verify the withstand voltage of the insulating material.
Leakage current test: Detect whether the leakage current meets the safety standard (such as ≤0.75mA) at the rated voltage.
Ground resistance test: Ensure that the resistance value between the ground terminal and the metal shell meets the requirements (usually ≤0.1Ω).
2. Material and structure inspection
Shell high temperature resistance test: Verify whether the shell material deforms or releases harmful gases at high temperatures.
Fire resistance test: Check whether the shell material meets the flame retardant grade (such as UL94 V-0 grade).
Mechanical strength test: Test the impact resistance of the shell to ensure that it is not easy to break.
Internal circuit inspection: Confirm that the circuit layout is reasonable and there is no risk of short circuit or poor contact.
3. Performance test
Power test: measure whether the actual power is consistent with the nominal value (such as within ±10% error).
Heating efficiency test: evaluate the temperature rise rate and energy efficiency ratio per unit time.
Temperature uniformity test: detect whether the temperature distribution of the heater is uniform when it is working.
Temperature control system test:
Whether the constant temperature function is accurate (such as the deviation between the set temperature and the actual temperature ≤±5ºC).
Whether the over-temperature protection is effective (such as automatic power off when reaching the set temperature).
Noise test: whether the noise decibel during operation meets the standard (such as ≤45dB).
4. Mechanical safety test
Tip-off function test: simulate whether the power is automatically turned off when tipping.
Protective cover safety: check whether the protective cover is firm to prevent direct contact with the heating element.
Switch and knob durability: test the life of the switch and knob (such as ≥10,000 operations).
5. Environmental adaptability test
High and low temperature cycle test: simulate the working stability in extreme temperature environment.
Humidity test: Run in a high humidity environment to check whether the insulation performance is affected.
Vibration test: Simulate vibration during transportation or use to ensure that the structure is not loose.
6. Life test
Continuous working test: Run for a long time at rated power (such as ≥500 hours) to observe the aging of components.
Heating element life test: Evaluate the durability of ceramic heating elements (such as ≥3000 hours).
7. Logo and instruction manual inspection
Product logo: Whether the rated voltage, power, warning words, etc. are clearly marked.
Instruction manual: Whether the content is complete, including safety warnings, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, etc.
8. Certification and compliance
Conformity certification: Check whether it has passed relevant certifications (such as China CCC certification, EU CE certification, US UL certification, etc.).
EMC test: Verify electromagnetic compatibility to avoid interference with other equipment.
9. User safety warning
Warning label: Whether safety tips such as "Do not cover" and "Keep away from water" are marked.
Child protection design: For example, whether the spacing of the protective cover prevents fingers from touching the heating element.
10. Special function test (if applicable)
Timing function: Test the accuracy of the timing switch.
Remote control function: Check the stability of wireless remote control or APP control.
Waterproof performance: If it supports IPX4 waterproof level, spray test is required.
