Product description
Explosion proof electric pipeline nonwoven meltblown cloth air duct heater is composed of an immersion heater covered by an anti-corrosion metallic vessel chamber. This casing is mainly used for insulation to prevent heat loss in the circulation system. Heat loss is not only inefficient in terms of energy usage but it would also cause unnecessary operation expenses. A pump unit is used to transport the inlet fluid into the circulation system. The fluid is then circulated and reheated in a closed loop circuit around the immersion heater continuously until the desired temperature is reached. The heating medium will then flow out of the outlet nozzle at a fixed flow rate determined by the temperature control mechanism.
2.The materials of melt-blown cloth heater are: carbon steel, stainless steel SUS304, stainless steel SUS316L, stainless steel 310S, etc. Choose suitable materials according to different heating process requirements.
3.The tube melt-blown cloth heater is heated by a flange type electric heating tube, and is equipped with a professionally designed deflector to ensure that the electric heating tube generates heat evenly and the heating medium fully absorbs heat.
4.For high temperature requirements (the temperature of the air outlet is greater than 600 degrees), use a high temperature resistant stainless steel 310S electric radiation heating tube for heating, and the temperature of the air outlet can reach 800 ºC
